    These smoothies come out thick and creamy with a fun purple color that kids will love!

    Recipe Ingredients:

  • 2 cups raw milk, kefir or coconut water
  • 1 cup blueberries (frozen or fresh)
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk
  • 1-3 tablespoons raw honey
  • Recipe Instructions:

    Place all ingredients into a blender.

    Blend for 30-60 seconds or until smooth.
