Do you know if you could substitute anything for the creme fraiche? Raw yogurt perhaps? Or is creme fraiche a lot thicker…I have never done much with that…
Creme Fraiche is usually pretty thick. You could substitute yogurt, for sure, but the dressing will be more runny. Still will taste great and have probiotics!
