    This meatloaf is easy to make and massively tasty. This recipe is just like the one grandma used to make.

    Recipe Instructions:

    Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

    Combine the beef, egg, milk and veggies in a large bowl. Mix thoroughly.

    Salt and pepper to taste.

    Form the meat into a loaf shape and put it in a lightly buttered glass loaf pan of appropriate size/shape.

    Now for the ketchup part. Combine the rapadura or sucanat, mustard and ketchup in a clean bowl. Pour this mixture over the meatloaf, taking care to make sure that all parts of the meat loaf are coated.

    Bake meatloaf for about 1 hour or until internal temperature is 150-155 degrees Fahrenheit.
