I made these this morning and they are very nice… but next time I think I need to add more of the freshly ground spelt flour. They spread out kind of thin in the pan. I love these overnight soaked breakfast things!
These were so easy to make and fluffy! They are definitely “sourdough” tasting biscuits, but they were great this morning with homemade cream gravy. I have tried several soaked/sourdough biscuit recipes and this one’s my favorite.
