Recipe Description:

After months of being on the GAPS diet, we began craving a variety in our too-few dessert recipes. After experimenting in the kitchen with a 50-year-old recipe from a Betty Crocker cookbook, we were happy to add a wholesome and nourishing dessert to our collection!
NOTE: For non-GAPS cooks – regular milk may be used instead of coconut milk, if one desires.

      1. There will be some liquid. Generally there’s less “swimming” if you let it chill for several hours before initially slicing into it. But it’s hard to resist the yummy taste when warm! πŸ™‚ You can reduce the coconut milk a little, if you wish.
