Recipe Description:
After months of being on the GAPS diet, we began craving a variety in our too-few dessert recipes. After experimenting in the kitchen with a 50-year-old recipe from a Betty Crocker cookbook, we were happy to add a wholesome and nourishing dessert to our collection!
NOTE: For non-GAPS cooks - regular milk may be used instead of coconut milk, if one desires.
Recipe
Instructions:
In a bowl, whisk eggs. Add in coconut milk, honey, and seasonings.
Whisk until blended.
Pour into an 8x8 dish.
Bake 450 degrees F for 20 minutes. Then lower oven temp to 350 degrees F. Bake for an additional 10 minutes.
Best served chilled, but also delicious served warm!
