Instructions:
Whisk together eggs, pumpkin, honey, yogurt, milk, vanilla and stevia. Cool butter and coconut oil slightly then add to egg mixture.
In a separate bowl, combine dry ingredients and break up any clumps. Add to wet ingredients until thoroughly combined, then fold in pecans. Pour into a greased 11x15 baking dish, and bake at 325 for 40-45 minutes, until toothpick comes out clean. Cool for a few minutes before serving.
If desired, you can bake these in 2 muffin pans. Feel free to halve this if needed.
