Prep Time: 45 MinutesCook Time: 30 MinutesServings: 9-12 Difficulty: Moderate Recipe Ingredients: Hamburger steaks: 3 lbs. grass-fed ground beef 2 eggs 1/4 c. almond flour 1 tsp. salt pepper 1/2 T. onion powder 1/2 T. garlic powder 2 tsp. worcestershire sauce Gravy: 1/2 stick butter (4 T) 3 onions, sliced thinly 4 T. flour (spelt or arrowroot) salt and pepper to taste 2-3 c. homemade beef broth 1/4 c. sherry Recipe Instructions: Mix all ingredients for the steaks, and shape into 9-12 patties. Fry gently in a skillet and keep warm. In another skillet, melt butter and saute onions until tender and caramelized. Add flour and spices, stirring until bubbly. Slowly add in broth and cook until thickened. Add sherry, then pour gravy over the steaks. Serve over garlic mashed potatoes or cauliflower!
