These turned out really good! They were pretty sticky when I made them, I used a bit less coconut oil, maybe that is why? I think if I make them again I will add a bunch of ground flax to add some omega 3s and see if that helps. I also used 1/4 cup of maple syrup instead of stevia. I also spinkled it with carob chips when it was still warm, which was a great addition. These would also be awesome rolled into balls and dipped in chocolate.

Would this work with navy beans or great northern beans?
Would this work with black beans too?
Yes, but the color would be different. White beans are used so the peanut butter color is evident. Black beans make great chocolate fudge though.
I made it with black beans and it is yummy!
