    Recipe Ingredients:

  • 1 quart kefir
  • 2 cups strawberries, fresh or frozen
  • 2/3 cups dates, pitted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract or 1/2 vanilla bean
  • 1 tablespoon cacao nibs or powder
