Salted Toffee Popcorn Recipe Description: A sweet and salty combination that you won’t be able to stop eating! Prep Time: 10 MinutesCook Time: 10 MinutesServings: 10 Difficulty: Moderate Recipe Ingredients: 1/2 cup of organic popping corn 1 cup organic sucanat 1 cup of organic salted butter 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract 3 tablespoons water 1/2 teaspoon fine grain sea salt Recipe Instructions: Butter a very large bowl. Pop 1/2 cup of popcorn kernels using an air popper. In a medium saucepan combine the sucanat, butter, pure vanilla extract and 3 tablespoons of water. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat stirring constantly to prevent burning. Bring to 260 degrees. Immediately pour the toffee over the popcorn and stir a few times. Sprinkle the salt over the popcorn and stir until the popcorn is evenly coated. Let cool completely, break up and eat.
