Vodka Sauce

In a skillet heat Olive Oil.

Saute onion, garlic until tender (1-2 minute)

Add Red Pepper, Oregano, Basil continue to saute.

Add Tomatoes cook to a low boil.

Add vodka (turn burner to low), cook to remove alcohol (2-3 minutes).

Add Cream, bring to simmer.

Serve with your favorite pasta.
