Paleo Diet Recipes

Paleo diet recipes are generally thought of as a “meat and veggie/fruit” diet, but there is a little more to it than that. This selection of recipes follow a general Paleo diet method of no sugar (with the occasional exception in a few desserts), no dairy, no grains, no legumes. Those following a strict Paleo diet that includes adherence to specific macro-nutrient proportions or Whole30 will have to be more discerning.
