A childhood favorite made healthy and super-fast! Rich chocolate or carob pudding with dairy-free and sugar-free options with a nutritious punch added from nutritional powerhouse - chia! It's a new-found favorite in our home!
Recipe Ingredients:
2 1/2 Cups Milk (or Coconut Milk)
1/2 Cup Chia Seeds
6 Tbsp Cocoa (or Carob) Powder**
2 Scoops (1/16 Tsp) Stevia Extract Powder Or Approx. 1/4 Cup Honey, Or To Taste
1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
Pinch Salt
Recipe
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in blender or food processor.
Mix thoroughly until smooth.
Pour mixture into a storage container or serve immediately.
Store in the fridge (if you have any left).
Top with desired toppings
