    1. Thanks for sharing this recipe. It looks really good. I tried making this - it is still fermenting..but I can’t get the cauliflower to stay under the brine. Any recommendations? Is it safe to eat the cauliflower which comes to the top and is not under the brine? Thanks!

      1. I keep seeing the idea of putting a plastic bag down on top of the veg and filling it with water. Seems it acts as a weight and follower.
        I’m new to fermenting, but invested in glass weights and air lock tops for 1/2 gal mason jars.
