    1. Great tasting and healthy breakfast cake! I made it this morning and we topped it with blackberry jam and then on our second piece used honey. Both were tasty. Yummy cross between cornbread and cake. I was looking for recipes to use with masa (the kind I used was white corn treated with slaked lime, called corn tortilla mix, great value brand from Walmart) and coconut flour with no wheat flour and this popped up. Thanks for posting it. Very good!
