Recipe Description:

How you can make sourdough starter in the morning and serve your family rolls at dinner. I use this starter as is for rolls or biscuits, and even bread.

      1. Depends on the recipe but generally 1 cup of starter gives the rising power of 1 pkt dry yeast… Then you have to reduce recipe by about 3/4 c flour and 1/2 c water… But you have to “feel” it. Side note…I just mix this up, ferment and bake without adding more flour or doing another rise. A little dense, but good!

    1. Would love to receive any recipes you want to share. I love to cook and especially breads. Not good at it but keeps trying. Thanks. Really enjoyed your site Nancy
