    Peanut Butter Kefir Ice Cream Recipe

    • Recipe Description:

    Super creamy and unbelievably good. Kefir cheese is the secret to great kefir ice cream. You get all the benefits of kefir plus the deliciousness of ice cream. Sugar free and so easy, you will love it.

    Recipe Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup kefir cheese ( you can also buy kefir cheese made by Greek Gods)
  • 1 cup peanut butter, creamy or crunchy ( you can also substitute almond butter or macadamia nut butter for the peanut butter)
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 cup of stevia ( I used Truvia brand, you can also substitute honey. Taste before you make it to see if you need to add more)

    • Recipe Instructions:

    Mix all ingredients in a blender till blended, about 15 seconds. Pour mixture into ice cream freezer, and freeze according to manufactures instruction that came with ice cream maker. Yum...
