    Fluffy whole wheat pancakes you can feel good about eating!

    Recipe Instructions:

    12 to 24 hours before you want to make pancakes combine the whole wheat flour and the buttermilk in a bowl.

    Cover and let it sit on the counter for 12-24 hours (the longer the better).

    Mix in the other ingredients.

    Cook by the 1/4 cupful over medium heat in a pan using either butter or coconut oil to grease the pan.
