Instructions:
Melt butter in cast iron skillet. Chop onion, add it and salt to butter. Sauté till onions start to soften.
Add lentils and garlic. Sprinkle dry mustard powder on top of mixture. (Adjust amount of mustard to desired spiciness.)
Sauté till lentils reach desired tenderness. Serve.
