Other Nut Flours?

I know you can make and buy almond flour. I was wondering if I can make flour with other nuts as well? Do other nuts turn into flour as well? Will they bake well also? Or are almonds used because of the more mild and neutral flavor that they have? Thanks for the help.

Yes, make other nut flours in a similar way as almond flour. Just don’t drind too much or you end up with nut butter. Different nuts have slightly different qualities and some are drier than others, so adjust for liquid and fat as needed. Here’s what a few on Facebook said:
