  • Recipe Description:

These spicy cookies are unlike any spice cookie you've ever tried. They are rich and incredibly addicting. Great to bring to holiday parties and they freeze well.

    Recipe Instructions:

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Beat together eggs, sucanat, melted butter or coconut oil until glossy. Add vanilla.

Sift together remaining ingredients and combine with the wet ingredients.

Allow to rest for 5 minutes. This allows the coconut flour to absorb some of the moisture, making the dough easier to work with.

Get dough by the spoonfuls and roll into small balls. Place on parchment lined baking sheet and bake for 12-14 minutes.

Allow cookies to slightly cool. While they are still a bit warm, glaze the tops with Sucanat Glaze and allow to harden.

  • Have you ever made it without the spices? Reply
    • No, but I'm sure it would be yummy still. Maybe add a little more vanilla though. :) If you try it, be sure to upload the plain recipe. Reply
  • I will upload the recipe if I make them without the spices. I'm thinking that my children will like them more without the spices, especially the pepper. Thanks for the idea about adding more vanilla. Reply
